Results have appeared unfavourable: spending all working hours in office armchairs, it is possible to die much earlier, than it would be desirable. The matter is that because of an inactive way of life in a human body or an animal the metabolic processes conducting to serious illnesses, in particular, to a diabetes and cardiovascular diseases begin.

Mark Hamilton has especially noticed, that a technique offered now (half an hour in day to devote to physical exercises), does not make due effect. As he said, even daily hour in this case will not help with a sports hall. On change to operating medical instructions the professor suggests to take new model of medical recommendations. As he said, to secure itself against negative consequences of sedentary work, it is necessary to stand and move more often simply. Much from this, that we do on an old habit sitting, it is possible to carry out and standing, has underlined Хамилтон. It should use. Such simple movements - to rise, turn back about the axis, to make a step to one party, then in another - it is necessary to do regularly. It will help to burn a great lot of calories to people who do not go in for sports at all, and to get rid of other problems with the health, arising because of constant sitting. One more doubtless plus of this system the professor names that the offered way of struggle against a sedentary life does not demand to spend hour per day for a sports hall.
